RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At Puro Elegante, each garment is released following controlled production, calibrated material selection, and formal inspection standards.
Our collections are not designed for circulation. They are designed for ownership.
Accordingly, our return and exchange framework is precise and limited.
We ask that you review the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Requests outside this period will not be considered.
This window preserves garment integrity and inventory control.
2. Conditions of Eligibility
A return will only be reviewed if:
- The garment remains entirely unused, unworn, unaltered
- All original labels, tags, packaging, and documentation are intact
- Proof of purchase accompanies the return
- The request has been formally authorized in writing by Puro Elegante
Returned items undergo inspection upon receipt.
Puro Elegante reserves sole discretion to decline any return that fails to meet our re-acceptance standards.
Garments showing signs of wear, alteration, scent, handling damage, or packaging compromise will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
We do not reintroduce compromised merchandise into circulation.
3. Non-Returnable Categories
The following are strictly non-returnable:
- Made-to-measure or personalized pieces
- Limited capsule releases
- Special production orders
- Items purchased under final sale conditions
Natural material variations — including tonal depth, fibre texture, or subtle irregularities — are inherent characteristics of authentic fabrics and do not constitute defects.
4. Return Logistics
Unless a verified manufacturing defect is established, return shipping arrangements and costs remain the responsibility of the client.
Shipping, customs duties, and handling fees are non-refundable.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
Upon receipt, the garment will undergo a structured internal inspection.
Evaluation may require up to 7 working days.
If approved:
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Processing timelines depend on the issuing financial institution and are outside our control.
If a prepaid shipment is refused at delivery without prior notice, associated logistics costs may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refunds are not guaranteed and remain subject to inspection approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges are granted exclusively under the following conditions:
- Verified manufacturing defect
- Damage incurred during transit
- Incorrect item dispatched
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear documentation.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and production schedules.
Immediate substitutions are not assured.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Prior to Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled without penalty only if the request is received before the garment enters dispatch processing.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Repeated order cancellations may result in future refunds being issued exclusively as store credit.
- Cancellation After Dispatch
Once a shipment has been transferred to the courier, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
If accommodated, logistics and recovery charges will be deducted from the refund to offset incurred operational costs.
International Orders
For international shipments:
- Duties, taxes, and customs charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping and import documentation remain the client’s responsibility unless a verified manufacturing defect is established.
All determinations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds remain the sole purview of Puro Elegante. Policy terms are subject to revision without prior notice. The house reserves the right to refuse returns that do not align with stated conditions and to restrict service in cases of excessive or patterned return behaviour.
Refinement is deliberate.
So is ownership.
